Dr Peter Shelton BSc Hons (Accredited Podiatrist)
Peter is the founder and Director of Coastal Podiatry Foot & Ankle Clinic.
Peter graduated from his home town university of Huddersfield, England with an Honours degree in Podiatry. As an ex-professional Rugby League player Peter has a special interest in lower limb pain and human movement. With over a decade of private practice experience in all areas of lower limb health Peter’s main focus is on musculoskeletal conditions affecting the lower limb and in particular the foot and ankle.
As an Accredited Podiatrist Peter is dedicated to lifelong learning and has travelled the world to gain the most up to date knowledge from leading figures within the medical world to provide highly effective research based treatment protocols. Peter is a highly regarded figure in his field and works with many elite athletes and professional sporting teams.
As such Peter has access to many of the Coasts best medical practitioners, Sports doctors and physios.
Peter is happy to see patients from all walks of life from retirees to children.
Away from work Peter enjoys spending quality family time on the coast with his wife and two sons.

Zoe Porter (Accredited Podiatrist)
Zoe graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree of Health Science (Podiatry).
Since then she has gained a broad experience working in the private health sector, treating a broad range of patients.
Zoe is a big believer that people should not have to live with foot pain.
Zoe enjoys all aspects of podiatry however, her special interest is in assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of foot, ankle and lower limb conditions for people of all ages and all levels of fitness. She is able to facilitate Shockwave therapy, Dry needling techniques, Foot Mobilisation Therapy as well as strapping techniques and orthotic therapy to provide excellent treatment options for her patients as well as providing great outcomes.
Zoe believes in lifelong learning and keeping up to date with the latest research especially in the bio-mechanics of the foot and lower leg function.
When not at work, Zoe enjoys spending time along the amazing east coast and generally being in the great outdoors with her dog, Obie.
